SMS Terms

These SMS Terms explain the text messaging program run by Booked by Boyle ("Booked by Boyle," "we," or "us"). They work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
Booked by Boyle provides an AI receptionist for local businesses. Through this program, text messages are sent:
- To business customers: messages about their free trial, setup, and account, plus voicemail transcripts, audio links, and lead notifications.
- To callers and texters: replies about their call or text, sent on behalf of the business they contacted, so the business can follow up with them.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
2. How you opt in
- Business customers opt in by giving us a mobile number on our signup form at bookedbyboyle.com and checking the SMS Terms box. If you give us only an email address, we will not text you.
- Callers and texters start the conversation by calling or texting a business that uses Booked by Boyle. Our reply continues that conversation and identifies the business and the assistant.
3. Message frequency and consent
Message frequency varies based on your conversation or account activity. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Booked by Boyle does not charge you extra for receiving messages.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. We will send one message confirming that you are opted out, and then no more messages.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.
7. Carriers
Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Your information
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help us deliver messages receive only what they need to send them. See our Privacy Policy for more.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
