What if I want commercial properties in a territory already taken?

If a territory is held by a residential-only contractor, the commercial properties in those zip codes may still be available. We handle this case by case β€” if there's no conflict we'll work out an arrangement without stepping on anyone's exclusivity.

How do I know my territory is actually exclusive?

Territories are assigned by zip code groupings β€” once yours are locked, no contractor in your trade gets those areas. We check for conflicts before signing anyone and honor that exclusivity for the life of the agreement.

What if they cancel on me?

You don't pay. We only bill for appointments where the homeowner is present and expecting you.

What do I actually have to do?
