Day-of Confirmation & Payment

Is it really free to join?

What's the up to $250 toward my first booking fee about?

Will I be competing with other contractors for the same job?

Sometimes customers request multiple quotes — in that case the job card will clearly show how many contractors are being sent. You'll always know exactly what you're walking into before you pay a cent. No surprises.

When exactly do I get charged?

Only after the customer has confirmed they're ready and the appointment is locked in. Not when you receive the job card. Not when you express interest. You pay once it's real — and once you've seen exactly what you're getting.

How is the appointment fee calculated?

Every job is priced based on the estimated contract value, trade, urgency, and likelihood of closing — not a flat fee that ignores context. An emergency job costs more because it closes more reliably. A routine quote costs less. You always see the fee on the job card before you commit — never after.

What if the property owner cancels last minute?

If a customer cancels with less than 24 hours notice through no fault of yours, we issue a full credit toward your next booking. We hold customers accountable the same way we hold you accountable — it goes both ways.

How does the referral program work?

You’ll receive a unique referral code when you join. Share it with homeowners, property managers, other contractors, or even use it yourself for personal projects. Every time someone uses your code and completes a job through our platform, we automatically send you $50 cash via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. No claiming required. It stacks — one customer needing multiple trades (roofer + plumber + electrician) can earn you $150+.

How do I report a closed job?

Within 7 days of signing a contract or collecting payment, you report the job value via a simple form or text. The backend fee is invoiced separately from there. Takes two minutes.

What trades do you currently book?

Roofing, solar, remodeling, HVAC, siding & windows, electrical, plumbing, painting, pool service, masonry, decks & fencing, tree service, landscaping, gutters, and driveway & paving. If your trade isn't listed, apply anyway — we're growing.

Can I be in the network for multiple trades?

Yes. List every trade on your application. We verify licensing per trade and match you to jobs accordingly. Each appointment is priced per trade — you'll always see the breakdown before you commit.

What if I want to leave the network?

Either party can terminate with 14 days written notice. Any fees on jobs already booked or closed remain due. No penalty beyond that — no gotchas, no lock-in.

How do you vet the customers?

Every customer fills out a detailed intake form before we ever reach out to you. We also maintain an internal rating system — close rate, payment history, and contractor-reported notes. You see that rating on every job card before you decide to take it.
