Parties

This Agreement is between Booked by Boyle ("Company") and the independent contractor ("Contractor").

Services

Company operates a platform that connects homeowners and commercial property owners with qualified contractors. Company provides vetted, confirmed job appointments with full details (scope, timing, location, and urgency) before any payment is required.

Appointment Fees & Payment

How Payment Works

Contractors only pay when they choose to book a confirmed appointment. There are no monthly fees, no subscription fees, and no backend commission on the final job value.

The appointment fee is clearly displayed on each job before you book.
Fees vary by trade, job size, and urgency (typically $50 – $290).
Payment is collected upfront at the time of booking.
You only pay for appointments you personally accept.
Full refund is issued if the homeowner cancels with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows.

Non-Circumvention

Contractor agrees not to bypass Booked by Boyle by directly soliciting or performing work for any customer introduced through the platform without paying the applicable appointment fee. This applies for 24 months after the initial introduction.

Contractor Responsibilities

Maintain all required licenses, insurance, and permits.
Perform work professionally and in compliance with all laws.
Be responsible for job quality, warranties, and customer satisfaction.
Notify Company within 48 hours if any license or insurance changes.

Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

Limitation of Liability

Company acts only as a scheduling and referral platform. Company is not liable for any disputes, work quality, or issues arising from the actual performance of the job.

Up to $250 Joining Credit

New approved contractors may receive up to $250 credit toward their first booked appointment. Credit has no cash value.

Referral Program

You will receive a unique referral code. You earn $50 cash for every completed job booked through your code (including your own use of the code).

Cancellations & No-Shows

Homeowner cancels / no-shows: You receive a full credit for the appointment fee.
You cancel with <24h notice or no-show: Appointment fee is forfeited.

Acceptance

By joining Booked by Boyle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement, including the Appointment Fee structure and all policies above.
